Electric choke
« on: May 06, 2012, 03:47:02 PM »
My first post, my apologies if this is in the wrong area.

My Q-jet is numbered 7041270.  Is there an electric choke for it?  If so, how would I keep the choke coil from cooling down before the engine does, thus trying to flood a warm engine?

Current choke uses a coil mounted to the exhaust crossover, and I'm thinking of doing away with the crossover.

Thanks
Mack

There is no carb mounted choke for those, only a replacement for the one on the crossover.  We don't sell them here due to high cost and very low demand.....Cliff
