Cliff, I just had you put bushings in my carb and send me the rebuild kit with the vent block off. Got things running but it is starving on real steep climbs...this is on a Jeep on climbs steep enough to make the front tires very light on the ground. It will sit and idle but as soon as it is over 1500 rpm it is not getting fuel. I assume I need to raise the float (currently 9/32) but was wondering if the fuel pump could be weak and not be able to work against the gravity in that scenario. I was able to keep it running when I backed up the hill but that could be either thing. Thanks for any help!
