Best carb to use

I am contemplating using a Q jet on my Pontiac 455. I have 2 sitting on the shelf and would like to know which one would be the best to start with. The numbers are as follows #17057274 and the other is #17080272.
I am looking for maximum power and here are the specifications on the car
3400 Lbs
Turbo 400 (did not choose a converter yet but will be around 3000-4000 stall) foot brake.
gear ratio 4:10
608 lift solid flat tappet cam 251/259 duration @.050
Robb MC 550hp mechanical fuel pump
Intake =  factory iron or?

17057274, same part number I use on my car.  When you get ready to set it up, call the shop, we know exactly what to send you for it, so it's basically "plug and play"......Cliff
