Unusual Secondary Jet Repair

Looking for a repair on a secondary jet.

The jet has been damaged and is not round now. It's somewhat oblong, perhaps .02" out of round, and the secondary rod can't seat properly because of it.
The sister side is fine and the rod seems to fill the (.136"?) hole quite well.

I removed the bottom plugs now so I can access from either side.
Any advice or experience on how to best get back to a nice round hole ?
