Title: 2 APT questions
Post by: jarrejs on June 29, 2012, 06:30:01 PM
Hello all,
I have two questions about the APT adjustment:
1.  I most of my cruise time is around 1500 rpms, would it be any advantage to do the tip procedure at that rpm?

2.  During the tip in adjustment, am I shooting for the 100 rpm increase, or no increase at all?  Right now when I pull a small vacuum hose off the is no change in engine speed.

Thanks so much for any assistance.

The engine load is great when driving, so it's best to go up to around 2000rpm's or so to make sure you are well on the main system....Cliff
