Title: Secondary POE restriction location ??

Was looking at the carb recipes and I see that there are different specs for the POE restriction. Are these the holes just above the air flap? I searched the book and am not sure.

There's also secondary POE well restriction unfortunately, I couldn't figure that out either.

That I can help you with. It's on page 81 of the book and it's the picture with the pin vise sticking into it.
That is the hole to resize.  The one that I can't find a description or a picture of is the POE restriction. I'm thinking that it's the small holes located either above or below the secondary air flap but am not sure.

Ahhh -OK.  Darn, looks like it's coming apart again, but I might as well wait to see if your original question gets answered so I can do them both at once. 

I have a feeling you're probably right about it being the small holes by the flaps -- I might just make the small cut outs in mine as illustrated, because my carb has those holes over the flaps.
