Title: Mystery Ring

Hi all,

New here, rookie rebuild of a qjet and while I thought I was being careful during disassembly I somehow ended up with this brass ring, I don't know what it is or where it goes.(included pump in pic for size ref.)   Any help is much appreciated.

Never seen one of those in any carburetor we've had in here???.....Cliff

Thanks for the reply Cliff, it must be from one of my other "projects" and I just didn't see it on the workbench when I started tearing down the carb.
