Title: primaries not returning to low idle...
Post by: wcumagic on November 08, 2012, 07:57:15 AM
Alright, got it put on and it started right up, however, it idles awful high (SOUNDS like 1200 rpm or so - its a guess because the tach I have reads deceptively low).  I can physically pull the throttle back to low idle on the carb and it will stay there, but it doesnt want to lower itself back down to there.  I dont think its in the throttle cable, since it does that unconnected.  any ideas?

ok, forget it.  I'm a moron - it WAS in the throttle linkage.
