Title: q jet base gasket
Post by: 76 vette on January 15, 2013, 09:07:03 PM
cliff im running a 350  sbc  in my 76 vette with a edelbrock 2101 intake and a qjet on top which is the best base gasket to run the open gasket or the one with four holes in it i got the rebuild kit from you and it had the open center gasket in it. Im seeing on the net that the gasket with fours holes is the better gasket to run they say it gives you better performance is this true or is it just BS i value your opinion    thanks again for you time

Cliff sells a really nice 4-hole gasket, and that's the one to use. 1/4" thick 4-hole.
