The brass tubes in rear of carb. i call em emulsification tubes, i heat carb. up to pull em out and they get stubborn sometimes, how do you remove them??? I see you can buy brass stock tubes same o.d and i.d. but using a tubing cutter always leaves a burr, are you doing this also???

If you get a burr, head over to a good gun shop, they sell deburring tools or reloaders that will put a nice clean chamfer on them for a couple of bucks.

Never once had any trouble pulling them out with a small pair of wire cutters.  I warm up the casting around them for a few seconds with a propane torque.  Since we change the plastic cam on all builds, no risk of melting it....Cliff
