Title: Numbered Drills?
Post by: beertracker on January 31, 2013, 05:19:13 PM
I am getting ready to do some  internal work on my Q-jet and some questions on tools arose.   Where did you guys get numbered drills and did you buy a full set #1 to 80 or just a 19 piece set #61 to 80?  I just want to get a set with enough drills to work on my Q-jet.  Thanks for you input.

being its just aluminum and brass i got a set from harbor freight 1-60 for 20 bucks i didn't have a use for my 61-80 set that i have there just to small. better then the $100 for a set of 1-60 from my local napa and that's with a discount. and sears has pin vise's for like 10 bucks.

I picked up the 60 piece size at Harbor Freight and a Sears pin vise with six drills.  Works great.  Thanks for the info.
