Title: Help on white repair bushings for power pistons!!
Post by: Mr.Pontiac on June 14, 2013, 01:26:43 PM
I bought 5 and they do not fit down in the bore on my 7027262 Rochester, it originally came with the thing metal shim that slides down in the power piston bore. Seems like the o.d. ,s are to big. Whats the secret, does the bore have to be opened a little?????

I've only used them on M4Ms but they're a very tight fit the first time you put them in.

The 67 carburetors do not use them, they use a metal retainer instead, we sell those as well.....Cliff
