Hello everyone!!! new member here!! I've got a question about my carb, it's a 7042210. It idles very fast!?! It also has a divorced choke and choke thermostat on the intake. Should I git rid of the divorced set up and go electric? ( sorry I accidently posted on another page eariler ). I ordered the" Book" form barnes and noble. Waiting for it come in.

As for the idle speed, the idle speed screw should be on the driver's side front of the carb. Turn it counter-clockwise. May have to do a little tuning after that though. Try there and see if that helps.
