7042244 ('72 Buick 49 state automatic), 7043240 ('73 Buick 49 state automatic). What engines did they originally come on?

the 7042244 was originally on a 72 Buick with Buick 350 engine.  Divorced choke. 750 cfm

7043240 was 73 Buick 455.  800 cfm and divorced choke.
