I have a 17080272 which I've recently had rebuilt with cliff's parts and I still haven't been able to get it adjusted properly . If it turns out the rebuilder cannot get it fixed I would like to know if a 17057274 q/jet that was on a 400 fit my 76 350 with a mild cam (2157 E/B ) ,dual ex ,308 gears, all other is pretty much stock !

For all practical purposes they are the same carburetor. The 301 carburetor does need some additional help, which includes solid fuel nozzles, and grinding off the stop on the secondary shaft so they flaps can open further.
The end result would be exactly the same as the 274 carb. If you aren't getting good results, something isn't correct with the build/tune or the carb has a fundamental issue someplace.....Cliff

The rebuilder is going to look at again and the parts you mentioned is what you sent in your kit and he did take care of sec. issues also I have a chance to buy the other carb( 100. )just incase there was some thing he missed on the other one.
