 Welcome to CHP!

 That is a Service Replacement carb for the 1979 Buick, Olds and Pontiac 350cid/403cid, A/T, California. It replaces carb number 17059553.

 Stock specs of that carb were .074" Primary Jets, 52M Primary Metering Rods, "K" Secondary Hanger and CV Secondary Metering Rods.

What would be needed to make it work on 389 or 400 pontiac in a heavy weight wagon ??
