Hello all. I took a Q-jet off of my 1970 chevy 4x4, 350cid when I switched to HEI ignition. It has no vacuum ports other than the choke pull off? I threw a edelbrock on just to set the timing etc. What is this carb off of? Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to CHP!
You have a marine carb. Carb 7028280 is from a 1968 O.M.C-Stern Drive-Cobra-I/O 283cid/307cid. Stock specs for this carb were: .071" Primary Jets, 42 Primary Metering Rods, "K" Secondary Hanger and AV Secondary Metering Rods.

Thank you for the welcome and the reply! This carb ran great with the points distributor. I guess I'll have to look for another Q jet to replace this one with. Thanks again for the help!

You could add a port in the rear of the base plate for manifold vacuum.
