Never mind, found it. It is a Holley Remanufactured carb. It was for a '78 Cadillac DeVille 425cid, Federal, A/T, M4ME carb.

Thank you Ethan1 for the info, and your time,my question is about it being a holley remain, this carb, doses not appear to be of a remain,it looks untouched looks like a new one, but dose appear to look like a cad, carb, and would holley re stamp, the carb? That dose not appear to be the case.

Here's a few pics. Thank you.

Just going by my manual. It may not be a Holley Reman, but is definitely some sort of replacement. From other Holley Remans, the stamp looks like yours. Not perfect like Rochester did from the factory. Probably not a good carb to start with.

I have one of these too, and I pulled it from a '78 Cad in a junkyard.  Mine does not appear to be a reman either.  Numbers don't seem to follow the "normal" numbering convention, but from what I can tell, this seems like a good core to use.

One cool thing about this model (if I remember right, and I think your picture shows it), is that the secondary POE holes are below the secondary air valve plates.
