Title: 17054905 service replacement?

Have this on my 69 400 is this a service replacement?  Date on it is 3217, Any Idea for what year?  I also have a a 29268WF  1279? Thanks for any info

 Yes. That is indeed a Service Replacement for the '68-'69 Pontiac 350cid, 400cid and 428cid engines.
