Title: stuck power piston

Hello just got a used Buick 800 cfm quadrajet 7044240 I cannot remove the power piston  as if its welded in the hole it will not move up or down any advise about how to remove it and also I need the bracket for choke pull off for the secondaries and the linkage rod. Any help will be greatly appreciated

 I would heat the area up, but be VERY easy! Then use a good penetrating oil. Let it sit for awhile and try removing. Keep repeating until it comes out.
