Hey Cliff!!!

Just received you book on Q jets and all the parts i ordered AWESOME READING!!!!

But i am having one heck of a time trying to find a set of small drill bits to start doing some mods on the Q jet!!!

I am think i need from .025 up to .100, were do you purchase your drill bits from if you don't mind me asking!!!!

Well now i am kicking my self in the butt, i was down in Reno today, and Harbor freight has the little drill bits, and i did not even think of them  :(

Harbor freight is a good source for the 1-60 set.  The 61-80 set is available thru a lot of sources, but I would avoid the cheap imported sets, get one from HUOT.  The imported stuff breaks too easy, and sizing is poor on them.....Cliff

I have found that having a dial caliper is invaluable.  Not only can I measure metering rods when I can no longer read the stamp, but I measure the bits before use as well.  I wouldn't be able to do the work without the dial caliper--and they are inexpensive too.
