Title: Finally found a replacement
Post by: 58chev on January 31, 2015, 11:15:53 AM
I was going to use carb# 17080284 but cleaned it to well right down to bare metal.
I had already purchased a kit from Cliff and spent some time to find a replacement.

Carb# 17084280  Tore it down and it is identical to the other.

Matched the gaskets from Cliff's kit to the gaskets that I took off this carb and they are identical.

Have already got the throttle plates open to 50%
