I am swapping a qjet, performer, and headers onto a low mileage 74 L65. I have a qjet off of a 79 k30 350 manual. This carb appears to have been subjected to a "remanufacturer". The number is 17059226 so at least the application is close. I would need a kit and at least secondary rods because it has blank rods with a .540 tip. Can you tell me what jets and primary rods it should have and what the parts will cost?

Cliff can certainly provide best parts available, but if it has been commercially remanufactured, it will needs a bunch of work to correct their damage. You are better served to find an unmolested original.

Completely IMPOSSIBLE to supply or recommend tuning parts for a commercially "remanufactured" carburetor without seeing it. They "butcher" them up and install "generic" calibrations, we avoid them here if at all possible......Cliff
