What would have been the part number for the baseplate associated with this carb?   How could I find this out?

I've got at least a dozen of those here, will take a look at one today when I get to the shop.  Those are excellent units, still divorced choke but used the later single main airbleed design and APT system in the baseplate.  I use a lot of them for custom Chevy units to replace early carbs that are in poor shape or when someone needs a nice divorce style Chevy carb for their project car or truck......Cliff
