Epoxied the plugs under float bowl hoping that was my issue but the float bowl is still empty in the morning. I checked before starting by pulling the filter off and looking fuel shot from accelerator pump and got nothing, long crank time after that to fire up. I know its not draining back through the fuel supply as the line has pressure in it when removed from fuel filter housing on carb, presume the check valve on the filter is working. Ideas?

if its not a pain to take off ,take off carb fill with fuel and look for leak ,you may be seeping somewhere else , cracked blow pour casting misc, places fwiw

Did you pressure check all the bottom plugs to see if they were leaking in the first place?
-
No I saw some fuel stain and hoped that was the issue.

The first course of action is to pressure test the plugs as described in my book.
If they are leaking make an effective repair and pressure test them again.
Dabbing any sort of epoxy over leaking plugs is a lesson in humility. They really need to be removed and the casting tapped for screw in plugs coated with fuel compatible epoxy, and that is NOT JB Weld......Cliff
