Picked up a new project carb recently. Codes are 7045213, YA, date 0095.
It appears to have been freshly rebuilt before it was hidden in a box on a shelf my father's shop.
I don't think it has the factory configuration, though. Can I get a sanity check on the measurements, please?
- Metering Rods: primary 46 (not marked B, so assume they're A); secondary DA
- Main jets: 71
- Idle circuit: upper air bleeds .0935, lower air bleeds .0635, idle tube jet .039, DCR .063, bypass air .096
- Mixture screw holes: .089
- Accelerator pump discharge holes: .026
- Main circuit: upper air bleeds .0465, lower air bleeds .0465
- The APT is in the base plate and it is exposed.

Most likely its been commercially "remanufactured" not "rebuilt". Those sizes are not correct for that carb number as far as main airbleeds, jets and metering rods.......Cliff

Thank you Cliff. This may be one of those lessons in humility you have written about here on the forum. I will give it a closer inspection to see if it has any of the other changes common to remanufactured units.
