Title: C type primary rods and APT
Post by: mcx on November 13, 2019, 03:23:24 AM
Cliff...are double tapered primary "C" rods, such as the early 70s Olds, work better or worse with a functional base plate APT?   Thanks, Mike

I use and prefer "B" series as they are readily available.  They taper slightly on the upper section than tapered between steps.  As you raise them up they start to richen things up nicely and if the PP hanger arms are exactly even they will provide very fine metering control for part throttle A/F over a broad range......Cliff
