I am building a 350 for my '69 Chevy 3/4 ton K20 pickup. The heads are World products with 1.94 intakes and the larger 76 cc. chamber. If I use flat top pistons I should have reasonable compression for my needs, some trailering and a lot of just driving around. Which camshaft (non-roller) would you recommend for my application? I am a firm believer in the 112-114 LSA. If you have a Melling # that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Assuming you are going to establish tight quench and get the compression around 9 to 1 I'd stay pretty small with the cam for a truck engine. I like the stock replacement CS-274 camshaft for a truck application. Smooth idle, strong low end power, excellent for towing and good fuel efficiency......Cliff
