Title: drill and tap size for broken primary air flap screw

Even though I ground off the tips of those tiny primary throttle shaft air valve screws before unscrewing them, one of them broke off in the shaft anyway. Can anyone tell me what size drill bit and tap I'll need? Thanks!

#47 drill and 3-48 tap.
