Title: Anyone ever seen a throttle arm like this?

Was going through my stash and found this one with an arm none of the others have.

78 caddy.Their throttle,kick down,cruise control is a whole nudder critter.
I pulled a 1980 from the junkyard with that same throttle arm.Swapped out the
throttle arm and it's one of my better carbs. The seco POE holes are under
the air flaps.

Sweet. Yeah i did not see the number on the list of carbs thread so i wasn't sure.
