do you sell kits for 2 bbl carbs? i have a 96 mercruiser with a 2 bbl carb, carb number is 807312, with 5Y02 underneath it. i have a slight idle stumble, but otherwise runs great. when i got the boat, there was some water in the carb. i cleaned it as best as i could with just taking the top off, but that was 4 years ago. it has ran really well since, but last time out it had a bit of a stumble. figure it’s time to remove and do a proper cleaning. engine is a stock mercruiser 5.7, with thunderbolt 5 ignition if that matters. anyway, wondering if you have or could put together a rebuild kit for it?

I don't stock Marine 2JET kits, not enough demand.
I do stock accl pumps for them, in both sizes. I sell quite a few of those as the ones that come in the rebuild kits don't do well in any of this modern fuel.....

probably stupid question, but any chance the rubber is the same as a quadrajet? i only ask cause i have an extra one of yours for my quad. i haven’t taken the 2bbl apart yet. otherwise how do i tell you which size i need?

All the Marine 2JET carbs I've seen used the larger pump in them and the Q-jet seal woln't fit those pumps....

thank you very much. will be ordering a couple from you soon. i’ll measure it when i can and give you a call.

I stock both 21/32" and 3/4" pumps for the 2JET carbs. They are both lifetime warranty in any fuel.
I simply don't stock kits because I don't get 3 calls a year for them, and when I do the customer just Google's up some cheap junk on Ebay for $12. Then they are left wondering why nothing works well or lasts very long.
The pumps are very good sellers however because they are the only offerings out there with a seal on them that holds up in this new fuel........

that’s totally fair. while i would rather buy from you, and support your amazing service, if i have to buy a cheap kit for the gaskets, i can do that. i’ll still order the pump from you. my only other question would be about the needle and seat, do you stock those? i’m okay using cheap gaskets( i think, unless there is something wrong with them), but would definitely prefer your pump. the rest of the internals should be good, as it doesn’t have that many hours on it. thanks again for all your help.

Not sure if I have any N/S assemblies left, will check today when I get to the shop.
The demand for those parts is pretty low. I don't get half a dozen calls a year for any 2JET parts so decided to quit stocking complete kits quite a few years ago......
