Title: 7040511 choke pulloff setting

Divorced choke and the choke flap gap with the vacuum pulloff engaged is supposed to be 1/4", BUT...
No matter how I bend the bar, I can't get enough travel on the pulloff+cam to open it that far. Even starting with the bar up against the back of the fast idle cam arm(when the choke flap is closed), it only moves enough for a little over 1/8" of gap.

Thanks, this is the instruction set I'm working from, but perhaps I've got something wonky, so I'll go back through from bottom to top.
Most likely option is always that I've missed something
