I ordered my bushing kit from Cliff a couple days ago, I was prepping everything and ran into a problem. I can't seem too get the end of the shaft stripped. can't figure out how to attach pics, so I here's a link to a youtube short. any help would be appreciated.

I couldn't really see much in your video, but that looks like something that was pushed onto your shaft, maybe by someone trying to modify it for a specific purpose, hard to tell.
Are there any set screws in it that are keeping it in place?
What did it do before you took it apart? Was it related to your choke high idle?
Maybe a spacer to take up the extra length from a previous shaft swap?
No way of knowing. You may have to cut it off, but before you do, let some of these carb gurus weigh in. It might be something I've not come across before and don't know it's purpose.

I'm just talking about the little collar on the end of the throttle shaft. My other M4V has the exact same collar and I believe it's just pressed on.
I think it might just be rusted onto the end of the shaft. But I don't want to try to pop it off, then find out there was something else.I was supposed to do. I have a few days to figure it out before my bushing kit shows up.

***UPDATE ***
A little heat with a propane torch and that thing slid right off. As soon as the bushing repair kit shows up in the mail, I will be ready to start reassembling the carb.

That's great, glad you got it off.
