Due to some complications from recent surgury, I've been out of the shop since December 12th. Nothing all that serious, but I sceduled to have a tumor removed over the holidays, and ended up having some troubles that kept me off work until this week.
Good news is that we are back in the shop and getting things done again. We also had a hard drive crash, and were off line for several days. We lost all of our email contacts, and messages from earlier this month. If you tried to email us, and didn't get a response, please try again, as we always answer all emails.
Also keep in mind, that some emails come back to us "not deliverable", for various reasons. If you don't get a reply, we either didn't get the email, or the response was not able to be delivered to your account.
I'm not sure why this happens, but we always reply to all emails.
We are not able to return all phone calls to the shop, there simply isn't enough time. If you are calling for tuning advice, or for help troubleshooting specific problems, etc, try posting the problem on the Forum. We try to return all calls for parts, so always leave us some good phone numbers and best time to call them....thanks....Cliff

Thanks, I'm finally healed up from the surgury thing, and feeling great. Too bad it's only 18 degrees outside, a long ride on my Road King would do wonders for my recovery!......Cliff
