7027210.  Does anyone know what this carb originally came on?  I currently using it on a 327.

According to my chart, 67 chevy 396/427 AT.  I've found my chart not to always be right though!!

 Yep. My book also shows '67 Chevrolet 396 and 427 A/T w/o AIR.

The 7027210 is for a big block 396-427 chevy. I believe the 7027210 was a later production run so it should have the better needle and seat. The earlier carb. was a 7027200.
