Title: Question for Cliff
Post by: 78anniversary on January 09, 2012, 07:10:48 AM
Hi Cliff, great forum.  I tried sending a message thru the "request quote" part of your website.  I got to the point where it said "please enter the text in the picture", but i couldn't see the picture.  Have 2 computers in the house and it didn't work on either.

Anyway, I have a 78 corvette that i put a 200-4R overdrive in.  I am currently running a Holley 4175 with the bowtie overdrive TV system.  I plan to put the q-jet back on this winter and was thinking of using the GM setup for the TV system.  So I am looking for a primary throttle shaft from a late model q-jet that would have the proper linkage attachment for the 200-4R.  Would you have one of of these shafts I could buy?

Also, what is the turn around time for recoloring a q-jet body and air horn?  And do the idle tubes need to be removed from the airhorn?

Thanks!
