Meaning of lettered Vacuum ports on Qjet
« on: September 29, 2014, 04:03:09 PM »
I have tried looking for references for this but have come up short. I know the difference between ported and non ported vacuum but have never been able to correlate the letters markings on the carb such as J B L T H N. I have not seen them referenced in any Qjet manual. Any Suggestions? Also, looking for 72 - 85 GM vacuum line diagrams in PDF form if anybody has them I would sure appreciate a copy.

 Welcome to CHP!

Not sure what the letters designate for the vacuum ports. Cliff would probably be best to answer that. As for vacuum line diagrams, go to AutoZone's website and sign-up. There you will be able to find which vacuum line goes where. ;)
