Spark Plug Reading

Hello. I was wondering if those of you who read spark plugs could offer some opinions. Can reading plugs for lean or rich mixture after all around street driving provide meaningful feedback or should they only be read after a drag strip pass/shutdown? From basic street driving/fun the porcelain fire rings on mine are exactly 2mm. If my results are deemed useful, I'll post a pic. If not I won't take up anymore time. Thank you.

I thought WOT pulls/immediate shutdown is only for reading WOT mixture.
I have always pulled a plug from 'all around driving' to see where it's at overall. Good way to see if it's running too lean, rich, oil burning, etc.

Here are what my plugs look like cut away. Fire/Fuel ring is near bottom. Without more knowledge, this leads me to think my "jetting" is close to optimal.
