Question about resizing main bleeds
«
on:

I have harvested some brass restrictions from some parts carbs and was wondering if I can just drive them into place with a hammer and punch or do I need to epoxy them to ?
Thanks for any help with this

I did the same thing to my air horn, and busted the main bleed in the air horn... I think they sell some sort of screw-in deal you can use rather than hammering something into your carb. I found out the hard way you gotta be very careful...

We have screw in main airbleeds as they have discontinued the pressed in variety many years ago. I contracted to have some made, and they are supposed to be here this week, so we should have both styles available soon.....Cliff
