The 17057213 can show up with a variety of jet/rod combinations despite what the Master index shows. I've seen a number of them show up with .063" main jets and 37B rods in them. Also have had quite a few show up with .064" main jets and .037" rods. The factory custom tuned a lot of the later units, and this is not uncommon.
Anyhow, those carbs share very little between each other, about all that switches from one to another would be the secondary metering rods and a few other small parts. None of the major parts swap out.
Both are nice units, I like the 204 carb better because it has the later APT system and converts easily to E-choke.....Cliff
