« on: August 04, 2016, 04:51:07 AM »
Just replaced v/can and it has 2 hose con,1 tank , 2 purge, one fresh air w/slash cap . Where should I have the purge and should the con w/cap just be left un con.? I have a 455 w/performer intake ,Q/jet and no egr or the temp operated vac. con on the intake . Thanks for any suggestions . 76 F/bird w/vented orig gas cap and three hose connection on f/pump (mech) .

Thanks for the illustration ,If I had all those hoses it would help to locate where they went . I have NONE of the thermal switches and vacuum lines on my aftermarket intake but I can study that pic and see if I can see where to run the lines . The original can has 3 and the new has 2 that are to be connected . I did find that the original v/can w 3 con is for a 2brl and a 4brl can is to have 2 con. The new one only has a con for tank (that is obvious con) the other con is purge and that one I assume goes to a intake hose , but where ? Thanks for taking the time  to post the pic .
