17080272 carb apt setting/ spring tension setting?

17080272 carb apt setting and secondary flap spring tension setting on rebuilt carb . Need to check settings on a few adjustment . I have been able to break torque to get wheels to spin just at times . Seems the more I accelerate it just stays the same and won't spin if I let of the breaks it just spins a foot or two. If I can spin a few secs and get the rpms up it will go a 2 car length spin . It's a 76 350 w/cliff kit and 308 gear and a mild cam so It won't do much but if I can get it to break loose it's impressive . Just thought a little adj. one way or another may help get it out of the hole a little better . Not to much longer to play this season .Thanks

I was able to get one of the adjustment procedures from THE Pontiac book by Jim Hand on the secondary spring tension but still need info on the apt adj. but I'll come across it in one of the forums sooner or later ,Thanks
