Hello All,
I have been trying to find out if this carb 17080253 is good for my new engine build. I currently have a 68 Qjet service replacement on my 68 Firebird's 350, but I am concerned that it won't be able to feed the 400 stroker I am swapping in.
I have Cliff's book and it says the 68s are not the best due to the large float and geometry for the inlet needle, so this is why I am looking at this one. Here's the ad for that carb.

Thanks! Kyle

I do not think that is a 800CFM unit. Also, I believe that is a Holley Reman unit. I would stay from it. JMHO.
