Gaskets don't match
« on: January 01, 2015, 11:15:05 AM »
Received the complete kit for my carburetor and all looks great.  However, now that I an in the rebuild process I notice my gaskets don't match exactly.  Base gasket and upper horn gaskets are slightly different (kit vs. original).  Carb # is 17054919.  Am I OK to continue?

Yes, all is well.  For those that read this, this is an example of incorrect gaskets installed previously from a past rebuild.
