Welcome to the web's first Q-Jet only Forum!
« on: July 07, 2008, 06:42:56 PM »
Thanks for checking us out.
Post questions, comments needs, and help requests here.

We are going to give this forum idea a test run. We get lots website requests for help. Each question is specific and we do our best to answer them all.

We thought it would be a great resource to document these technical issues here.

The intent is to have a membership supported forum where, for a nominal fee, you get direct personal online help solving your Quadrajet problems from Cliff.
Eventually only members will have access to post and ask for help. Guests are welcome to browse.

For the time being all access is totally free. Let's see what you think. Let us know if this is something that you would be interested in.

As a membership supported forum you will have an archive of tech support here that will include not only a record of the discussion of your problem and resolution but every other Carb problem we solve. What a great resource! This is more convenient then searching through emails, and more permanent then notes from a phone call. A single source of Carburetor problem solving that is Quadrajet focused.

Let us know what you think of the idea. Post away..

Guests can search and browse, but in order to post, you must Register at the top!

Hi Cliff.
Didn't know that you had a forum, stumbled on it by accident ( a link in a thread on PY).
Its year three for the q-jet you rebuilt for me, still going strong.
Thanks!
Jeff

Hi Cliff & Deb,

This is going to be a very valuable site and I look forward to utilizing it in the future.  I am going to the track this upcoming weekend with my 67 GTO for the first time in 25 years so we shall see how it performs compared to its last venture there.  Last time out it ran a 13.82 @ 103 MPH with bias ply street tires.  Details to follow upon the return trip from the track (Ubly, Michigan).  Take Care.

It looks like there were a few issues with the Hosting Server over the weekend. Everything seems to be OK now. Thanks for the alert.

AAhhh, the forum. A slippery slope we're on now, huh Cliff? Critter here. If you need moderator advice give me shout. You know I run our club forums and also moderate over on TAC. I'll be happy to help in any way I can. BTW, great to see you get a forum up. It might make it easier in the long run. Perhaps the same basic questions can be dropped into and FAQ where the newer users can be directed? Just a thought. Anyway, glad to be here and help where I can.

Hello Cliff,
I can't believe you've had this forum up and running since mid-summer and I just now found out about it.   I surely do appreciate all that you've done for us Pontiac fans, and those of us that are fond of the Q-jet in particular.
Now that I've found this place I'll be checking in often.
Thanks again,

Rich
