Hy-po, the pumps I referenced will work for you. Pumps dont make pressure, the pressure is determined by 1. the friction it has to pump against, which is the diameter of the line size. the length of pipe, and number of bends it has.  And 2. how high you're lifting it. Then finally what ever amount you have it regulated to. Keep in mind if a fuel injected pump is rated at 250 lph that is at 40 or 50 psi. At 7 psi you'll have half going back to the tank even at full power. You want to make sure the regulator is on the downstream side of the carb, not before.
