fuel filter
« on: March 06, 2011, 03:08:15 AM »
Glass & plastic bodies for fuel filters suck!
the plastic can warp after several uses
on a hot engine, once they warp
the dirt can go right past the filter.
The glass ones can break by a rock
from the road flying up & breaking
glass, that can break by vibration
also if close to metal. So the only safe ones
in my opinion is metal, even though they cant be be seen
through for fuel and dirt accumulation, they are just safer.
