Putting Carb back together

I have looked every where and cannot find ant torque value for the base plate, main body & air horn screws. 

I figure at least not to gorilla wrench them down. 

Is there a specific torque value, or just snug them down?

 I would just snug them down. But, if you are looking for the correct torquing, it is 2 ft./lbs or 24 in./lbs. Also, make sure you torque them in the correct sequence. Just like torquing down a head, intake, etc.

 No thread sealant is needed.

 Yep. That is the retainer for the power piston. You slightly open the "notched" side and slip it over the power piston stem.

Think I should be OK, if I don't use the new one and just stick to the original?
Last thing I want to do is take the carb apart. I had to pull the power piston out once after staking, would hate to do that again.
