hey guys, looking through some old parts and ran across this carb. I honestly don't remember where I got it. Well its a front inlet 75,76 model and it has the divider plate in the secondarys like on page 8 of Cliffs book and also the aux power piston like on page 11. Just curious if these mods ever worked as planned as I haven't seen it since. Hoping somebody chimes in with a little history and background on this one. thanks

Hey folks. New to the site. Have a line on a 17056262. Was wondering if anyone could tell me what jetting, primary & secondary metering rods were used in this unit from factory. Carb is a little crusty looking, but still might be worthwhile if the right are components inside.
Thanks for any info anyone might have.

Stocks specs for that carb were .072" Primary Jets, 46L Primary Metering Rods, "K" Secondary Hanger and DB Secondary Metering Rods.

Good idea buying Cliffs book. Make sure you read it a few times. You will be amazed at how much you will learn! Also, of course, if you have questions, this is the place to ask. Cliff is a busy man. He is a more hands on guy, but does check in on here. So please, do not get discouraged if you do not get an answer right away. ;)

Cheers to you as well bud! 8)
