Carb numbers, found some but not all
« on: October 23, 2016, 06:53:03 AM »
Had three carbs given to me yesterday by my neighbor. He has no idea where they came from, but said to take them or they were going in the trash. And was wondering if someone had more specific info than what i found, it would be much appreciated. Thank you

7043262 found info on the rod and jet thread here that it is
7043262 Pont 73 455 AT 71 41 7029529 CR

7026250 couldn't find much but with Cliffs Book, i get general info that its a 66 olds carb for an auto.

And then a 17058230 again using the book Cadillac 78 auto. However, this one I think i know where it came from. His son had a Eldorado in 1999~2000 and I am betting that is the car it was on. Because i remember him putting a Edelbrock on it and the height was wrong after the adapter and new air cleaner stud... he slammed the hood and look there is a dimple from the stud trying to poke through the hood.  :o
